I had a similar experience with my neighbor! The controller's CPU can get affected after some volt spikes during the thunderstorm. You are most probably right about the limit positions. The system could have simply misplaced its reference point due to the electromagnetic disturbance. I just messaged my neighbor, and he sent me a link to the service manual for Moveto ARM 300. It contains an easy-to-follow step instructions for programming the operating cycle and adjusting the force settings. Regarding your question about the emergency release, normally, there is a socket for a triangular key located under a little cover on the actuator itself. With this, you can disengage the gearbox from the gate leaf. However, be very careful with the receiver antenna since it is very fragile. Btw, how are the photocells?

I have a small issue with the Moveto ARM 300 gate automation system that I installed last summer. Everything was working perfectly, but after yesterday’s thunderstorm, the left gate leaf started not closing completely, as if it detects an obstacle, even though the path is completely clear. I already tried cleaning the sensors and checking whether anything got into the mechanism, but it didn’t help, so I suspect that the limit switch settings or motor sensitivity in the control unit may have been reset or affected. Has anyone experienced something similar after bad weather, and is it possible to reset the system to factory settings yourself without calling a technician, since they are booked out for about two weeks? Also, could you please advise where to find the official wiring diagrams, as I seem to have misplaced the paper manual during renovations.
