I am starting my preparation for the PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) exam and trying to avoid spending too much time on topics that are not as important.
For people who have already taken the exam, what areas would you prioritize if you were preparing again? I am particularly interested in how much emphasis is placed on program strategy, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
Also, how much scenario based thinking is involved? I have seen Study4Exam mentioned while looking for practice resources, so I am curious whether anyone here used their PgMP questions as part of their preparation.
Any advice on how to approach the exam would be appreciated.
