Hi Bmudi, Thanks! foglalkozás means job??? I don't remember what my dictionary said exactly (hobby or interests ) but it wasn't "job". Hmm, and neme means sex? That dictionary said it meant "genera". I've entered something now, hope I got it right. If one of the choices had been "szuka" I would have been okay picking that. But female is "no" in Hungarian? That's pretty funny because of the English meaning of the word. Yes, we women say NO all the time!!! Is the book "A Kuvasz" edited by Jozsef Hodosi and published in 1996 still available? I happen to have 2 copies myself! However, not everyone has one. Someone I know has a friend who travels to Hungary about twice per year, and the last few times he has gone, he has tried to reach Mr. Geza Hetenyi unsuccessfully. What exactly is happening at the Hotel Gardony on November 18 and 19? It seems to be some kind of educational program or meeting for lovers of Kuvasz???? Unfortunately, that online Hungarian dictionary I've been using is giving me some very strange answers. It wants to translate "Kuvasz" as "pooch". And that is very, very funny. If this is an educational event, will it possibly be videotaped? It would be wonderful to be able to watch it on the Internet! Or even photographs would be good. Yes, Tabu was born and raised in Budapest. He was showed there under Antal Kovacs. He only got a " very good", but I loved him to death. The first Kuvasz is very special!!! AHejja

Thank you All! What are you doing still up? You should be all in bed,... I am still at work! Good thing the boss is busy! Yes, we have Starhaven kennel here in Virginia. Jozsi and family have been here and we hope they come back again! Susanne, it is your turn to come! Eromi, I do not know who you are but you are most welcome too! Next year, end of May we will have our "Club Show", Kuvasz Club of America National Specialty here in VA, so there will be lot of Kuvasz here from all over the country! The show place is about two hours from our house, this will be the shortest trip we will take to a Kuvasz National! Jozsi knows, we went to Georgia for the Specialty when they were here. That was a nine hour drive... AHejja
